Privacy Policy
The studio processes identification, profile, contact, access, enquiry, newsletter, usage and device information only where necessary for communication, account and viewing-room access, security, legal compliance and the operation of this independently managed digital gallery.
Normal public browsing is designed to work without an account. Memory Trace, comparison and experience preferences are stored locally in the browser unless a visitor explicitly submits information. Private access uses short-lived sessions and magic links. High-resolution private media is delivered only after server-side authorization.
Infrastructure is deployed and governed by ARKANA Forge. Hosting, storage, domain, email and security providers act only as technical processors selected by the studio. The active processor configuration is recorded in the release evidence and can be requested through the contact form.
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection or withdrawal of consent. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose, account administration, legal compliance or defense of claims.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to safeguard data. This website is not directed to children under 16. Questions and rights requests can be submitted through the contact form.
